What is a self-transfer?

Your trip is made up of separate tickets. This lets us combine flights that might not be available as a single booking, which means more route options and often lower prices.

What you need to do at your connecting airport

• Collect your checked luggage from baggage claim.

• Exit customs and go through security. See here if you will need a Visa for your layover.

• Check in and drop off your luggage for your next flight.

Our connection times are calculated to give you enough time to transfer between your flights.

If your connection is affected

Each ticket in a self-transfer journey is handled independently. If a delay, cancellation or change on one flight causes you to miss your connection, the operating airline can only help with that flight. They can’t rebook or refund the other flights in your trip.
